The integrated TRUECARE Process

TRUECARE has developed a special, quality-assured process that meets the interests and needs of all parties involved. International specialists quickly find a new place of work and German employers quickly find a suitable medical specialist.

1. Advice and Employer Search

We will advise you in a personal information meeting and check whether you have the necessary training and qualifications to take up employment in Germany as a healthcare professional.

We will inform you about the entire process required for you to practice your profession in Germany. We assess your individual needs and initiate the matching process to find a suitable employer in Germany.

2. Assessment Test and Language Courses

First, we conduct an interview to assess your professional and personal suitability; in addition, an assessment test measures your motivation and aptitude. We offer a comprehensive information event so that you are fully informed.

Once the recruitment process is complete, you will take part in language courses in order to successfully pass the B2 ÖSD exam. At the same time, you will learn the technical language required to carry out the job.

3. Meet your Employer in a Video Call

You will get to know your German employer in a video call and can discuss any unanswered questions. Further video calls can take place throughout the process.

4. Visa / Entry

We will take care of all necessary measures to enable you to enter Germany and gain access to the German labor market. The detailed planning of your entry can then begin, e.g. with the visa application.

All preparations at home and abroad, including the coordination of flights, are supported by TRUECARE. You will also receive advice on cultural preparation for Germany and other practical tips.

5. Professional Recognition

Preparation for the knowledge test, without which you cannot work in Germany, begins in your home country. You will receive training for this in our TRUECARE Training Center.

6. Commencement of Work

You can start work immediately after entering the country or after completing the knowledge test. The modalities will be discussed with you individually so that we can respond to your needs and requirements.

The process ends with a successful placement in your new working environment and successful integration.

From contract conclusion to entry

For the healthcare professionals we place, the process from signing the contract to entering Germany takes around 12 months. Our example applies to a skilled worker who starts from an A1 language level.
