Steps of the recruitment process
1. CONSULTING AND CANDIDATE SEARCH
In a consultation, you will be informed about the entire process that is necessary to be able to hire a Filipino skilled worker. Your individual needs will be addressed and the matching process for finding a suitable candidate will be initiated.
2. ASSESMENT TEST AND LANGUAGE COURSES
For the selection of our candidates, interviews are conducted in which the professional and personal suitability is clarified. In addition, we conduct an assessment test to determine motivation and suitability.
To promote transparency and avoid dropouts, we also hold an extensive information event.
After the recruitment process, the language courses begin. The Filipino nurses take part in language courses with the aim of successfully passing the B2 examination according to ÖSD and at the same time learn the technical language required to perform the job.
3. VIDEOCALLS / MONITORING / DEVELOPMENT STATUS
You can view the application documents of the Filipino nurse and get to know her or him in an interview via video call.
Open questions can be discussed together. Further video calls can take place throughout the course.
Through our monitoring, we constantly check the development status of our participants. This allows us to react individually to situations as they arise, and we can also provide you with comprehensive information about the developmental status at any time.
4. ENTRY & VISA
